How I work

Inside your operating rhythm.

A recurring, scheduled working session with the chief executive, not a once-a-quarter board update, but a regular rhythm where the plan gets tested, adjusted and moved forward together.

The model

What we actually work on.

I'm there when the plan needs pressure-testing, when the team needs building, when the numbers need to land. Not a visitor with a view, a second operator with a stake in getting it right.

A fresh pair of eyes on the market, the business plan, and the opportunity ahead, close enough to be useful, far enough to be honest.

"Not four board meetings a year and a report in between."

What an engagement looks like

Four steps. No open-ended retainer.

01

A fixed-fee first phase

We start with a short, fixed-fee piece of work to establish the value. You see what I see, and what I'd do. The deeper work earns approval, or it does not happen.

02

A regular session

If we continue, I join the operating rhythm. A regular session with the chief executive and the deal partner, working on the things that move value.

03

The work that matters

Team build-out. The financial plan. Go-to-market. The plan behind the plan. The decisions that shape value, not the ones that fill a board pack.

04

Close enough to be useful

I'm in the room when the decisions get made. Far enough away to be honest about what I see. Not four board meetings a year and a report in between.
